Petra Holding’s first acquisition was a two-bedroom apartment on Fokionos Negri in Kypseli, fully renovated in collaboration with architect Iro Micheli. The redesign focused on functionality, material quality, energy efficiency and comfort, creating two ensuite bedrooms and an open-plan kitchen and living area suited to both everyday life and remote work. Vibrant colours and patterns reflect the character of Kypseli and its multicultural, lively atmosphere.
