Petra Holding’s first acquisition was a two-bedroom apartment on Fokionos Negri in Kypseli, fully renovated in collaboration with architect Iro Micheli. The redesign focused on maximising space, functionality and energy efficiency, resulting in two ensuite bedrooms and an open-plan kitchen and living area.

Inspired by the character of Kypseli, the interiors combine vibrant colours, patterns and warm materials, reflecting the neighbourhood’s distinctive multicultural identity.
